Replacements for Damaged Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Order number
    • Description of the damage
    • Photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will review your request and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
